David Kelly is the CEO and co-founder of Growth Solutions Team. His journey in the business world began as a Senior VP for Insurance Marketing Concepts, where he specialized in many of the skill sets that are hallmarks of Growth Solutions Team’s vision, such as training for executive leadership and salespeople. He went on to become the CEO of Liberty Mortgage — taking the now-national lender from its early conception to its current, expanded capacity.
This past leadership experience informs his approach within Growth Solutions Team, which creates the perfect balance between solidifying each client’s vision and offering the leadership, management, sales, and recruiting resources they need to see their goals achieved.
As the Chief Marketing Officer, co-founder, and head of sales for Growth Solutions Team, Barbara Kelly offers a broad scope of expertise developed over her career that spans three ambitious decades. Her past successes include extensive experience as Thrive Marketing, Inc.’s Marketing Executive and Principal Owner, director of training at Gateway Technical Services, and founder of Paradigm Services, Inc., among others.
With relationship building at the center, Barbara’s collaborative approach to small business growth allows her to implement tried-and-true systems for sales development and improve existing processes in each client organization.
