David began his career as a small business owner and partner with Insurance Marketing Concepts. The firm of 400+ agents was sold 5 years in. He spent the bulk of his career as the CEO of Liberty Mortgage where under his leadership Liberty expanded from a regional presence to a national lender serving (48) states; becoming a top producing mortgage lending firm. Kelly has served as Director and Division Sales Trainer for Jani-King, an international facilities management and maintenance firm.
In 2012, David retired from corporate America and started Growth Solutions, LLC. He served his country in the Marine Corps, has been active in the community through involvement in Rotary and coaching youth sports. He and his wife Barbara live on their Kentucky farm, and together have four children, two dogs, 25+ beef cattle and too many chickens.
